Indications

This system is mostly suitable for patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy due to cervical spinal canal stenosis caused by multiple segmental congenitalcervicalspinal canal stenosis, degeneration of cervical vertebra or ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament, and protrusive or neutral position of cervical lordosis, requiringstretching and shaping of posterior cervical vertebral canal.

Contraindications

◆ Active general infection, gestation, anabolic disorder, and severe osteoporosis

◆ Local infection at implant site

◆ Absence of anterior support due to tumor, trauma or infection 
◆ Drug abuse, mental disease, general neurological disease, and immune suppression disorder
